She joined in September 2025 from Vodafone Group, where she was HR Director for European Markets & Group Commercial. Throughout her career, she has held senior HR leadership roles at Vodafone and worked across sectors including for Siemens, ThyssenKrupp and CapGemini, with deep expertise in transformation, M&A, talent management and organisational effectiveness.
