Which is why we’ve taken the following steps, from reducing our environmental impact to ensuring the protection of vulnerable customers. In the process, proving that connectivity can be a force for good. 

Environmental impact

We’re taking action to reduce our environmental footprint and have a positive impact for our customers wherever possible.  

We’re on track to reduce emissions from our operations to net zero by 2027 and plan to achieve net zero emissions across our full value chain by 2040, while continuing to provide customers with options to extend the lifecycles of their devices. 

Beyond reducing our carbon emissions, our connectivity and technology is helping to support nature restoration projects across the nation through our partnership with National Parks UK.
