Max Taylor, CEO VodafoneThree
Max Taylor, CEO of VodafoneThree, has been with the company for five years, previously serving as Chief Commercial Officer. He has revitalised the Vodafone brand in the UK with successful campaigns like 'Be Unlimited', 'Keeping the UK Connected', and 'The Great British Broadband Switch', attracting millions of subscribers. Under his leadership, Vodafone's customer experience metrics have significantly improved, making it the joint best in Ofcom complaints. With over 25 years of experience in commercial and marketing roles, Max played key roles in the formation of EE and its integration into the BT group. A customer-focused marketeer passionate about innovation, he is now leading VodafoneThree following the confirmed merger with Three.
Darren Purkis, CFO
Darren oversees VodafoneThree's financial strategy, management and reporting, along with the Procurement, Data & Analytics and Wholesale functions. Prior to this he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Three UK from 2018, having joined the company in 2009, and played a key role in the formation of the new company. Darren previously sat on the MBNL board, overseeing the network-sharing partnership with EE. held finance leadership roles at Warehouse Fashions, Borders Books, Kingfisher plc, and Marks & Spencer Group plc.
Kelly Barlow, Strategy and Portfolio
Kelly leads the Strategy and Portfolio function, responsible for driving the development and execution of VodafoneThree's corporate strategy and major programmes including the merger integration plan. She joined Vodafone UK in 2021 as Head of New Business Development, overseeing the consumer product strategy. Kelly has also held senior positions in commercial, marketing and strategy at BT and Comcast, where she delivered major transformation programmes and propositions across mobile, broadband, convergence and customer experience.
Clare Corkish, HR
Clare is responsible for our people, policies and culture at VodafoneThree. She has been Human Resources Director at Vodafone UK since 2020, overseeing the HR agenda across the business, including talent management, diversity and inclusion, resources, property and policies. Clare has also held Human Resources positions in the UK and internationally across different sectors, including for PepsiCo and Barclays.
Andrea Donà, Networks
Andrea is responsible for leading the execution of VodafoneThree's mobile and fixed networks strategy, network consolidation, and delivery of mobile, fixed, and home broadband services. He had been Vodafone's Network Director since 2021, overseeing Vodafone's Mobile and Fixed networks, the converged network strategy, and delivered network transformation and the digital agenda. Andrea has been in Telecoms 25 years where he has held numerous senior roles in Vodafone UK, Ericsson and T-Mobile.
Nick Gliddon, Business
As Business Director for VodafoneThree, Nick oversees strategy and sales for our business customers. He served as Vodafone's UK Business Director from October 2021, having previously been Director of Carrier Services in Vodafone's international wholesale business. Nick has also worked in senior executive roles across India and Egypt.
Stephen Lerner, Regulatory, Government Affairs & Company Secretary
Stephen oversees VodafoneThree's corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and government relations, including engagement with Ofcom and policymakers. As Company Secretary, he also manages Board and Shareholder relations. Before the merger, Stephen was General Counsel and Director of Regulatory Affairs at Three UK, where he has worked since 2003.
Nicki Lyons, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability
As Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Director, Nicki is responsible for external and internal communications, as well as sustainable business for VodafoneThree. She became Director of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability for Vodafone UK in October 2021, delivering strategic communications and stakeholder engagement programmes to support the business's corporate reputation and purpose. Before this, Nicki held senior roles at Walgreen Boots Alliance, Unilever and PepsiCo, as well as working in UK government and international development.
Stephen Reidy, IT
Stephen is responsible for VodafoneThree's IT including Strategy and Architecture, Transformation, Programme Delivery, Digital, Platform Engineering, Operations and Cyber Security. With deep expertise across technology domains, he specialises in driving transformation and collaboration in complex organisations. Before the merger, he was Chief Information Officer for Three Ireland since 2014 and Three UK since 2023, leading technology functions across both businesses. Stephen has successfully delivered digital transformation and consolidation in both Three Ireland and UK. He previously held senior roles at Telefónica O2 Ireland and Orange/EE in the UK, which he joined in 1993. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Limerick.
Jon Shaw, Consumer Operations
Jon delivers best-in-class customer care and drives market leading efficiency in consumer sales operations for VodafoneThree. Jon joined Vodafone UK in 2014, serving as Commercial Operations Director for over two years. During this time, he has helped transform customer experience, delivered the company's best-ever complaints performance, and secured its first-ever number one position in net promotor score (NPS). Jon has also held senior roles at Dixons Retail across operations retail and strategy.
Rob Winterschladen, Consumer
Rob is responsible for VodafoneThree's Consumer business, having previously been Consumer Director for Vodafone UK. In this role, he drove strong performances across mobile, broadband and convergence, delivering on trading, proposition development, digital and customer experience. Rob has also served as Head of Mobile Marketing and Head of Fixed Marketing and Digital Transformation since joining Vodafone in 2019. Prior to this, he was Director of Digital Capabilities at Sky UK, where he led several major product launches.
Andy Yorston, Legal, Security, Compliance & Risk
Andy is responsible for Legal, Security, Compliance and Risk at VodafoneThree. He served as General Counsel and Company Secretary for Vodafone UK from 2021. Prior to that, he held multiple other leadership roles within Vodafone since joining in 2010, including Senior Litigation Counsel for Vodafone Group, Head of Risk and Compliance, and Head of Legal for Vodafone UK. Before joining Vodafone, Andy was a solicitor at Eversheds Sutherland.
